8:59 am - An amazing observation
From one of those police reality shows.

"This guy may be drunk ... but he's still dangerous."

3:11 pm - Dances with Crackheads
There's nothing quite like spending 36 hours with a paranoid, aging and drug-addled Navajo woman to help put life in perspective.

Maybe I should stop seeing so many amateur dentists.

8:52 pm - Stuff most of you don't care about
I guess this seems pretty obvious, especially side by side, but I just realized that

1:50 am - I just realized I'm an idiot ...
I've been walking Monty, an English bulldog named after General Bernard Montgomery. I know who Monty was, but for some dyslexic reason I always associate this British bulldog with Winston Churchill, the quintessential "British bulldog". No wonder people look at me funny when I've told them that Monty is named after Churchill.

Well, I went out and met my editor and some of my fellow writers fin the valley last night. It was fun, but I forgot to get contact info from the people I met. That's made up for by the fact the big boss paid for everything, drinks and all.

I was searching the computer for funny pictures I wanted to save to my new computer when I came across a picture of Emily entitled "meatparty.jpg". Now the question is, did she mean "me at party" or "meat party"?

Either way, I'm having flashbacks to my 21st birthday bash. There's nothing like 40 drunk dudes and 5 girls in a two bedroom apartment to get the testosterone flowing.

Ugh. Now I'm having flashbacks to the time I lived with Bob, a traveling meat salesman. I shit you not. He had a refrigerated truck and everything. And he sold the most rancid freeze-dried bullshit imaginable. What a douche*.

11:54 pm - A poor choice of words
when addressing a group of lesbians while making sure that there's nothing else they need, as far as taking care of their dogs are concerned:

"So, are you all straight?"

12:27 am - Finally
After missing its presence since the days of Lancelot, I finally found what is apparently the last copy of the Jumpstarts' CD to be found anywhere on the Internet. It took an exhaustive search, but I found an out-of-print CD warehouse in Illinois that had one copy, which I bought for $35. I paid $6 for the original, but after listening to it again for the first time in years, I can say it was worth every penny.

I should take up this offer and then write a smash hit sitcom based on the experience.

Edit: Jack Swain should actually be the star of this sitcom.

Three young white bisexual actors seek to share our couch at a great rate for the right guy. No you don't have to be gay, bi, or do any sexual favors (though none would be refused) just want someone like us that's cool and working!

Great price for this side of town.

PLEASE SEND PHOTO

* this is in or around West Los Angeles
* no -- it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
